  • Hey there, I’m Emily. Ever since I was a child, my fascination with flying took hold during my very first trip on an airliner. That thrilling sensation of soaring above the world has only deepened with each flight I've taken in my life (and trust me, it still does!). As a first-generation pilot, I felt lost initially, clueless about where to even begin. Meeting pilots or understanding aviation seemed like distant dreams... flying felt utterly out of reach.

But after diving into research, I embarked on my flight training journey in Fort Collins, Colorado, back in 2021. It was there that I earned my private pilot's certificate before making the decision to return home to the Four Corners region to complete my instrument - CFI ratings in Farmington, New Mexico.

From the moment I took to the skies solo for the first time, I knew I wanted to be an instructor. Witnessing the pride on my instructors' faces with each milestone I achieved, and feeling their contagious excitement, ignited a passion for flight instruction within me. I can't wait to share those triumphant moments with all of you!

As a flight instructor, my mission is deeply personal. I aim to offer my community the same incredible opportunity I was fortunate enough to receive. Guiding fellow aviators to become the safest pilots they can be is not just a profession for me; it's a commitment.
